I took out a travel insurance policy with Drayton and unfortunately had to make a claim due to cancellation of my flight.
Drayton sold me a policy with AXA Insurance. At the time I didn't realise that the policy had disrupted travel cover but was told by AXA when I rang to make a claim that I indeed had this cover which was due to my insurance broker.
AXA Insurance dealt with claim efficiently and with very little effort on my part I have no received monies back in respect of my claim.
It was a pleasure to deal with AXA, they made it very simple for me with no forms to complete or send.
Personally, I feel that this was due to Drayton finding me the right policy with an insurance company that were fantastic to deal with.
