You don't have to wait for long periods waiting to be connected, input your personal details to an automated system only to be eventually connected only to re-provide the details again.
With Drayton you are connected to a straight forward system and you are connected promptly and to a friendly person. It is important to me to speak to a person that is familiar with my needs and understands these and with Drayton, this is achieved. The staff are professional and friendly and promptly answer calls and deal with enquiries.
This year they have also managed to save me a whopping £140 on my annual fee for home and copntents insuirance.
